Housekeeping was painfully slow. don't expect your room cleaned until late afternoon!!! Club restaurant and bar felt overcrowded and understaffed, leaving service to be quite lacking!!! Consider enhancing security to protect guest privacy!!!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and I loved lounging by the gorgeous outdoor pool after a relaxing massage. The only downside was the occasional delay in room cleaning, but it didn't dampen my overall experience at all. 😊

I had a great time during my stay, enjoying quick access to the obelisco macho del malecon just a few steps away and exploring the lively mercado modelo, which is almost 2 km from the hotel. the staff were amazing, especially the friendly front desk team who made me feel welcome throughout my trip!
